Privacy policy
This policy explains the information involved in browsing NailDoodle and contacting the site. The public pages provide nail design references and guides. You do not need a public account or payment information to view them.
Technical information used to deliver the website
When you request a page or image, the hosting and delivery services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL, and request time. This information is used to deliver content and may be processed for security, error diagnosis, and service operation. It is separate from information you choose to include in an email.
Analytics, interaction data, and cookies
The website supports Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These scripts load when their tracking identifiers are configured. Google Analytics measures website use; Clarity provides information about visitor interactions, including session recordings and heatmaps. Depending on the configuration, these services may use cookies or similar technologies and process device, usage, and interaction information.
Read Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement for details about those providers. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser settings can restrict or clear cookies; clearing a cookie does not remove information a provider has already processed.
Administrative sign-in uses authentication cookies to maintain an authorized session. Browsing the public gallery does not require an administrative login.
Photographs and external websites
Photographs may originate from external image services and be delivered through the website’s image processing service. Delivery infrastructure may process the technical information needed to return an image. Clicking a photographer credit, source link, or other external link opens a website operated separately from NailDoodle. Its data practices are governed by its own policy.
Information you send by email
If you email the contact address, your message may include your email address, name, and any details or attachments you choose to send. That information is used to understand and handle your question, correction, image concern, or privacy request. Email providers also process messages as part of delivering and storing them.
Send only what is relevant. Do not include passwords, payment details, or identity documents in an initial request. For a correction, a page URL, look title, and explanation are generally enough to identify the content.
Privacy questions and requests
You can ask about information you have shared, or request that it be checked, corrected, or removed, by using the contact page. Explain approximately when you contacted us and use the same email address where possible. What action can be taken depends on the information involved and any applicable obligations.
For information processed independently by an analytics provider or an external website, use that provider’s privacy controls and request channels as well.
Changes to this policy
This page may be revised when the website’s features or data practices change. Refer to the policy available here when deciding what information to share.
